Premiere Physical Therapy accepts most insurance plans. Below is a list of the plans for which we provide service most often. Benefits vary widely within each plan so we encourage you to call us with coverage questions at 217-744-8888.

Our benefits department is always working to increase our number of accepted insurance plans. We want to be able to serve as many patients as we can. If your plan is not on this list, then please call us at 217-744-8000 so that we can begin the enrollment process with your member services.
